Name: Silverfish
Size: A half to one inch in length
Habitat: Dark areas where their food is available. They are very common in homes.
Prey: Silverfish eat anything that contains starch or polysaccharides. They eat glue, book bindings, paper, photos, sugar, hair, dandruff, textiles, shampoo and many other things.
Danger: They are not dangerous, except to your books and other property.
